I am still learning how to easily create and publish the videos - it is a learning curve and my schedule has been quite hectic.
Thanks for your encouragement - my aim is to do them weekly - right now I am doing them bi-weekly or so.

Really enjoying the videos and I look forward to more of them. I'm working hard to build up to a daily yoga practice and I find practicing in the morning sets the tone for the rest of my day. Something is just "off" when I miss a day of practice.
I have your book which I enjoyed very much. Now I will be looking forward to your video tips.
