There is a common misconception that Yoga is for only Young generations. But that's not true. One can start practicing Yoga at any age, Though the sooner the better. And Yoga for Senior citizens is not a new concept here in Costa Rica. At
Anamaya Yoga we have been working with Senior practitioners and they are really doing well.
