Did you know that September is Yoga Month? I didn't - until a few days ago and the month is almost over! Nevertheless, it's never too early or too late to begin a home yoga practice and really, virtually anyone can do it as long as they have their medical advisor's go-ahead if they have any physical limitations or health challenges of any kind. And, in my opinion, yoga is a most helpful antidote to many health problems. Excellent book! I often heard about the benefits of yoga and I've purchased a few books. I gave it a try a few times but my efforts have never led anywhere. Laura's book broke the ice! It is very easy to follow her instructions and it is an excellent stretch after sitting 8 hours on one spot! I'm still working on focusing my mind on the moves and it's easier and easier. Her book is a must for people who need and want to release their all day's stress in just 20 minutes a day! ... oh, and Laura has a great sense of humor, you'll catch yourself laughing on her funny comments.
