I think a key to curing procrastination is making your practice as special as possible and reminding yourself of how much good yoga is doing for your mind, body, and spirit. I give lots of motivational tips in my book to stick with a daily practice.



I guess this even beats the online, interactive yoga classes such as at physiic.com or divine wellness.

Maybe a streamed class with a teacher who "sees me", would cure my procrastination problem with my home practice; but you know what?

In addition to not having to purchase the additional streaming speed and the technology necessary, I could be yoga-ing in my jammies at 10:30 at night with absolutely no makeup on ...

I'm too self-conscious for a webcam ...
